Упс...
Зависит от вашего желания! :)
1. Если хотите получить самые последние версии программ, причем по вред стабильности, то это ещё и мало! apt-get dist-upgrade ещё больше наковыряет... И будет у вас уже не Спринг, а Сизиф!
2. Глянуть в конфиг апта (/etc/apt/sources.list), там должны быть пути не на Сизиф, а на Спринг! Там обновлений гораздо меньше, точнее там только исправления ошибок. И по-моему там нет последних ядер...
