- не обеспечили программу возможностями для работы (ака не прочитали
условия, для которых она должна работать).
- постоянно загоняли ее в непотребные условия (то, что она может работать,
говорит тот факт, что после приезда спеца второй раз она заработала)
программописатели виноваты тоже, но меньше, потому что
1)просто теоретически не возможно обеспечить работу на всех принтерах и
так далее.
виноваты больше
2) не сделали печать в обычный файл.
