Не согласен. Есть примеры как в ту, так и в другую сторону.
Поглядите, например, как свёрстана "Компьютерра" (кажется, её
верстают в "Пижамкере"). Отличный журнал, а вёрстка... Дурацкий
"Пижамкер" нормально расстояния между словами выдержать не может,
слова сливаются. Свободный TeX сверстал бы лучше, однозначно.
Это только один из примеров.

Да Вы что! Я PowerArchiver давно пользую, распрощавшись счастливо с
WinZip. Это freeware-программа, и это была одна из причин, почему
я на неё перешёл (другая -- то, что она _много_ лучше большинства
мультиформатных архиваторов под виндой)!
