Похоже, что нет -- kdegames у меня были поставлены. Мне тут
подсказали, что в arts. Поставил -- сконфигурилось.

Opps. Точно. В пакете arts.
Самый прикол, что я и kdegames неверно подсказал, хотел
написать kdemultimedia. В нем есть mcopidl.html, с которым
я и перепутал просто /usr/bin/mcopidl. :-(((
