Взять ftp://platan.vc.cvut.cz/pub/vmware/vmmon-for-2.4.7-only.tar.gz :)
Кажется, там был еще и patch для vmnet.
Только не забудьте на всякий случай сохранить старые исходники vmmon,
поскольку новые несовместимы с ядрами < 2.4.7
