К сожалению, поправить его не так-то просто, т.к. urpmi написана на perl,
а локализация там делает с извратом через прямое grep'ание переводов из
.mo файла. Соответственно, т.к. .mo файл одинаковый, как для CP1251, так и
для KOI8-r, а переводы записаны в KOI8 - то получается вот такая
ситуация...
Надо прикрутить iconv к urpmi, возможно это будет сделано при наличии
свободного времени.
