Этой дискриминации есть разумное объяснение.
root - профиль для административных нужд, которые по
каким-то неведомым мне причинам (я тут доверяю авторам
дистрибутива, хотя не разбирался в сути проблем) должны
исполняться в "нейтральном" языковом окружении.
Причины этого мне не ясны, но не разобравшись трогать
ничего не собираюсь :)
