Ес-но не меняется. Доки, насколько я знаю, пока еще нет. После загрузки
модулей обращаться к RAID можно через блочный девайс с major/minor 114/1.
Я сделал себе такеой девайс следующей командой:
mknod /dev/ataraid b 114 1
После чего на /dev/ataraid появился массив.
Ес-но осталась возможность обращаться к винтам как к /dev/hdx по одиночке.
