Ktexmaker -- основан на KWrite. Отсюда -- все достоинства
и недостатки. Есть неприятный баг -- если вставить через
буфер кусок текста, содержащий TeX -- команды, то попытка
воткнуть что-нибудь внутрь этого куска приводит не к вставке,
а замене (следующие буквы удаляются, а не сдвигаются).
Bug-report на КДЕ остался без ответа. В других грехах не
замечен. Таких наворотов, как в TeXnicCenter, например, нет.

Ещё одна прога -- xtem TeXMenu. В багах не замечена. Тяжело
