С адреса 192.168.1.5 кто-то пытается прикинуться
192.168.1.3
Когда администратор сети видит подобные сообщения, он
берёт пассатижи и идёт отрывать голову спуферу...
А вообще - aliases, dummy-интерфейсы - тоже могут...
см. так же log_martians и rp_filter
