На чтение - это вряд ли. А вот на запись - видел, но на ядре 2.2.15 из
7.0RE Appendix. Тест был дубовейший - после загрузки сразу после
появления login: давился Reset, и так несколько раз. После этого
наблюдался мусорный блок данных в /var/log/wtmp.
Причина, я подозреваю, в том, что метаданные в ReiserFS журналируются, а
сами данные файлов - нет, поэтому получается, что изменение размеров
файла и выделение новых блоков проходит, а данные записаться не
успевают.
