Доброго времени суток всем.
Огромная благодарность за помощь советами и критикой.
Добавление в XftConfig завершающего \n спасла
"отца русской демократии".
Теперь я точно знаю, что И Весну можно обезобразить
самостоятельными апгрейдами точно так же как и 7.0
Теперь еще пара вопросов.
1. В КДЕ2 по умолчанию в режиме АА есть только один шрифт
default fixed производный от семейства Caslon.
Чую, что надо править XftConfig, но не чую на предмет чего.
2. Ядро скомпилено с поддержкой DRI. Модуль для
моего Matrox G200 присутствует. Грузится нормально.
В XF86Config-4 приписана строка
Section "Modules"
...skipped...
load "DRI"
EndSection
В логах Х написано, что
(EE) DRI mode not initialized (can't open module)
Сам модуль в /usr/X11R6/lib/modules присутствует как dri.o
Кто с DRI баловался. Расскажите подробности или дайте ссылку на почитать.
