явно _не в этом_. У меня поставлены 2 дистрибутива Linux
(Spring и Debian 2.2) и оба -- на extended, причём Spring
даже на /dev/hdb. Никаких проблем. Spring также ставил
на другие машины, тоже в extended, столь же успешно.
