У меня дома стоит точно такая же мать и на ней Athlon 650 запущенный как
140x5. Подобных проблем я не замечал. Ни на каких ядрах.
Что можно посоветовать:
1. Попробуйте ядро 2.4.х из поставки Spring
2. Попробуйте последнее ядро 2.4.х из Sisyphus.
3. Попробуйте собрать свое ядро...
