В чем дело, если LILO грузится только до LI?
Как поставить LILO на второй винт, чтобы после установки в
другой комп все работало?

Прочитайте README по LILO
(у меня - /usr/share/doc/lilo-21.7/README.bz2),
разделы "LILO start message" и "Disk error codes".
Если не разберетесь, то выходом может быть
Smart Boot Manager (http://btmgr.gnuchina.org) -
там есть опция "Swap drive" - менять местами
диски.
Вообще, я бы попросил конкретную конфигурацию
(по дискам и разделам), советы были бы более
осмысленными.
