Думаю , что если случаем scandisk запустился с умолчанием на
исправление ошибок, то на 100% он снесет любой раздел перед
виндовым. У меня и 98й норовил все чего-то поправить в структуре
разделов,когда между виндовыми разделами находились разделы
линукса. Так что опцию проверки структуры разделов (или что-то
наподобие этого по названию, виндов сейчас нет) надо выключать
напрочь.
