Даже если выбрать при установке teTeX "ВСЕ-ВСЕ", то это не
значит, что будет установлено "ВСЕ-ВСЕ", что есть на CTAN :-).
Многое из того, что вывел lyx, Вам явно не понадобится.

Features.
Также посмотрите каталог:

или сразу по алфавитному списку:

Если сочтёте, что Вам из этого списка что-то действительно нужно -- качайте
