Недостаточно информации для анализа.
Проблема скорее всего кроется в настройках TCP,
сравните их, установите в значения, рекомендованные
администратором сети.
Особое внимание обратите на адрес WINS-сервера, в
случае использования CIFS-протокола (Samba, сеть MS и т.п.)
