Нет ничего не было.
Все решилось запуском удалением старого каталога .galeon. После запуска galeonа отрута, начали работать и skip и Nau. Только шрифты выглядят по ужасно (и в galeon, и в skipе, и в Nau) и настроить их не удается, даже пользуясь настройками шрифтов в galeonе и skipе.
