Поставил новую версию WindowMaker, а она не запускается:
wmaker: error while loading shared libraries: wmaker: undefined symbol:
RReleaseSymbol
Система Сизиф, все стоит самое последнее.

У меня все работает.
Как бы это воспроизвести?
На всякий случай пришлите вывод rpm -q WindowMaker wmsetbg

Не понятно...
Только что специально взял из Sisyphus все заработало без проблем.
Не могу повторить. :(
Давайте попробуем так. Сделайте у себя вот что:
# mv /usr/X11R6/bin/wmaker /usr/X11R6/bin/wmaker.t
# cat >/usr/X11R6/bin/wmaker
#!/bin/sh
/usr/bin/strace -o /tmp/wmaker.log /usr/X11R6/bin/wmaker.t
^D
# chmod a+x /usr/X11R6/bin/wmaker
После этого запускаете X так, чтобы появилась ошибка.
Пришлите мне /tmp/wmaker.log лично.
Попробую разобраться.
