Эта группа - из пакета setup:
$ fgrep netwatch /usr/share/base-passwd/group.master
netwatch:x:31:
Теперь Вам придется установить правильные права на файлы и каталоги:
$ rpm -qlv initscripts |fgrep netwatch
-rwx--s--x root netwatch 4040 Май 11 18:11 /sbin/netreport
drwxrwx--- root netwatch 35 Май 11 18:11 /var/run/netreport
Между прочим, в пакете setup из Spring2001 эта группа уже есть, непонятно,
почему у Вас так получилось? Может быть, при обновлении пакета setup из
beta забыли внести изменения?
