А это - проблема. Иногда бывает нужно сделать downgrade
какого-то пакета. А apt этого не умеет. Хотя в rpm можно сказать
--oldpackage или --force и все будет путем. Удаление, затем установка -
действия не совсем корректные, так как удалятся может очень много всего.
По-моему это не правильно.
