Нет, это не тот случай. С авторизацией всё нормально, имя и пароль
принимаются. Но внезапно (например, спустя час; а может и всю ночь
спокойно проработать, как сегодня) внезапно окошко kppp схлопывается.
Связь, разумеется рвётся и на Х-терминал, из которого запущен kppp,
выдаются предсмертные крики. Их-то я и хочу пристроить разработчикам. Чаще
же это происходит при неудачном установлении соединения. Kppp не
перезванивает по новому номеру, а с криками MD умирает. Ну, как, яркая
картина? Относительно KDE - на домашней машине у меня скорее Sisyphus, чем
Spring, все пакеты KDE обновлены. Не помогает.
И ещё я говорил, что с ifup ppp0 ни одного сбоя. Посмотрим, как работает
rp3 с wvdial. На первый взгляд, уж очень умная надстройка.
