Теперь я тоже сомневаюсь.
После просмотра логов выяснилось, что cron ни при чем.
apm выключен.
Причем это зависание проявляется абсолютно нерегулярно! За выходные ни разу не повисло, например, хотя на прошлой неделе было аж 4 виса.
