Напишите, что ставили, как, что указали, что не так.
В общем случае - при установке достаточно вписать ip-адрес, адрес шлюза (или DHCP) и вписать
имя компьютера.
С ходу:
1) Не зажат ли ping брандмауэром (что говорит ipchains-save)
2) Что говорит ifconfig
3) Что говорит route
4) Каковы должны быть настройки?
