Книги безопасности устарели. Что касается ФАПСИ, то оно
здесь боком, так как RSBAC основан не на крипто.
Проблема сертификации свободного софта -- "интересная
задачка". Нынешнее законодательство делает ее практически
неразрешимой. Кстати, на http://www.libertarium.ru есть
дискуссия на эту тему.

Да. Мы сейчас занимаемся созданием соответствующих структур.
К переговорам на эту тему мы будем готовы к концу мая.
