Только что проверил в Abi, вроде вся типографика (всякие
тире-кавычки) выводиться и в koi и в cp1251, по крайней мере в
шрифте arial (для среды koi -- arial_koi8). Если пытаться в среде koi8
искать в шрифте arial -- и вправду нет, может быть в этом проблема?
Вот то, что спелл-чекер на букве "я" спотыкается в кодировке cp1251
(не может понять, что значит "щенной" в слове "священной", хотя я и тут
его не понимаю:) -- это уже особь статья. Да и качество тех шрифтов,
которые "мураш" использует в виндовой кодировке уже всем, увы,
известно:(
