Здравствуйте!
Языковые библиотеки (в чатности для PL/plSQL - plpqsql.so) при установке
копируются в системный /usr/lib, а не в psql-root/usr/lib - это не даёт
создать язык утилитой createlang. Явно это касается и plperl, pltcl и что там
есть ещё... Вот.
Но всё равно, спасибо! :)))

Это известно, сейчас отрабатывается более удобный механизм.
