Запустите top с сортировкой по размеру занимаемой памяти. Похоже како-то приложение "жрёт".
И нам расскажате о пожирателях...
У меня uptime домашней машины (заодно один из многих файл-серверов в ДС) - неделя.
Симптомов не замечено.
