А вот это IMHO никак. В ядре только одна загружаемая таблица
перекодировки, остальные три фиксированные. Если только сделать
"неправильный" шрифт, в котором бы под одну из нужных кодировок подходила,
например, таблица Latin-1. Но в этом случае не будет работать как минимум
поддержка UTF-8, и вообще, таких "хакерских" шрифтов уже и так вокруг
слишком много.
