Лично у меня работает так: Ctrl+Shift+NumLock (при этом писк PC-спикера),
далее стрелками на NumPad управляется курсор. Отключается опять
Ctrl+Shift+NumLock с писком из динамика. Ctrl+Alt+NumLock не работает,
просто загорается NumLock. Все это под KDE2.1.1.
