Стандартными средствами.
Загрузкой с rescue или дистрибутивного компакт-диска. -> recovery -> восстановить загрузчик

По поводу rescue -- увы, я обычно все собираюсь сделать до
наступления момента, когда они уже нужны:( А дистро w2k у
меня с MSDN, он не загрузочный (просто директория), все лень
точно разобраться, как там в recovery попасть:(
