Хм. А что-то третье не стоит ли предположить? Или почитать
Changelog?
Еще раз объясняю:
kdevelop-1.4 это _полный_ аналог kdevelop-1.3 по
функциональнсти, -- можете почитать об этом на их сайте.
Разница в том, что 1.4 -- порт 1.3 на KDE-2.1. Но порт
плохой, с ошибками в i18n. В бете у нас был 1.4, на 1.3 мы
перешли из-за его неудовлетворительной работы.
Rpm из MDK 7.2 ставить не нужно, не выйдет.
