Это очень похоже на то, что не происходит распознавания имени по адресу.
Т.е. DNS не может узнать имя вашего host=[192.168.0.62], а по истечении
некоторого времени на попытку спросить у "вышестоящих" DNS-ов (они естественно
тоже не знают машин с приватными адресами), возвращается отрицательный ответ,
а уж потом (уже без имени) происходит соединение.
