Самый простой способ -- пользоваться тем, что "из коробки",
не создавать никаких каталогов, а просто установить
rpm-build, он сам все создаст и правильно. Если же хотите
сделать по своему, то достатчоно знать, что :
-- пользователь, собирающий пакеты, должен входить в группу
rpm
-- каталоги, имеющие отношение к сборке, должны принадлежать
той же группе.
В 70RE же система сборки rpm допускала больше вольностей, а
потому была потенциально очень опасна. Сборка от root может
снести систему в два счета.
