Это крик души.
Ситуация следующая - при использовании kernel-2.2.18-ipl3mdk и модуля
3с90х карточка 3С900В-ТРО работает:

TX packets:323 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:100
RX bytes:75088 (73.3 Kb) TX bytes:36127 (35.2 Kb)
Interrupt:9 Base address:0xdc00
при загрузке любого ядра номером выше модуль грузится, адрес изнутри
пингуется, но наружу трафик не идет и снаружи адрес не доступен:
