Да нет, Михаил, до 4.0.3 они кричали, а сейчас на Зеева даже свои возмутились,
когда он тихо выпустил RC1 и особенно RC2. К тому же www.php4win.de исправно
этими RC пользователей снабжает, в отличие от www.php.net, где URL запрятан глубоко
(www.php.net/distributions/RCs/)
