Заглянуть в заголовки на предмет того, по каким хостам шло сообщение
(заголовки Received). Если шло явно через какого-либо провайдера,
отфорвардить сообщение на адрес abuse@<домен провайдера> с жалобой на
спам (можно и молча, если от возмущения сводит руки). Если спаммеры шлют
прямо со своей машины на почтовый сервер вашего провайдера, отправить
жалобу на английском с приложенным письмом на rbl@mail-abuse.org
Главное - *никогда* им не отвечать. Ни возмущенными криками, ни вирусами,
ни огромными файлами. Не засоряйте вслед за ними Сеть и не давайте им
понять, что адресат живой и теплый.
И самое главное. Тренируйте в себе умение распознавать спам, не читая
содержимого сообщения. Хорошее время обработки - 0.6 сек.
