На днях стал читать texinfo про tar - так понравилось, что захотелось
распечатать. А как бы это дело преобразовать в печатаемый из Win формат (к
Linux - машинкам у меня ни одного принтера не подключено)? Есть такие
утилиты для texinfo? (В свое время я перепробовал несколько штук для man -
ни одна толком не заработала).

1) makeinfo --no-headers --no-split file.texi >file.txt
2) texi2html file.texi
3) texi2dvi file.texi; dvips -Pwww file.dvi -o
4) texi2pdf file.texi

Кстати, вдогонку, для man: man -t :-) Дает вполне нормальный PostScript; если man не русский, то можно потом даже ps2pdf.
