Обсуждалось. Но объяснение никто не предложил. Напомню, я приводил факт: в
тот момент, когда rsync спотыкается на каком-то файле, этот же самый
конкретный файл спокойно начинает закачиваться netscape'ом. Т.е. как бы
грешить на проблемы в канале нельзя.
