Нет. Если канал падает, то rsync всякий раз приходится перезапускать. Я
это ручками делаю.
При первом запуске надо добавить -n, чтобы собрать статистику. Да и
страховка не мешает - при неправильно набранной строке --delete может
хорошо расчистить раздел на домашней машине. А ставить этот ключик
приходится, так как размеры диска ограничены, из-за чего приходится
удалять в домашнем разделе файлы, уже отсутствующие на сервере, до начала
закачки.
