Нет, немного не так.
В шрифте хранится набор символов кириллицы...
А в какой кодировке казать - дело десятое.

Легко.
Зайдите в fonts.dir, скопируйте строку с ....iso8859-
5...
2 раза
В этих новых строчках замените 8859-5 на koi8-r в
одной строке
И на microsoft-cp1251 в другой.
