Доброго дня!

Пытаюсь запустить скрипт с CD (root, root, 0555).

Permission denied
делаю su
тоже Permission denied

Куда надо копать и какой техникой?
Проверил на всяк случай консоль-пермишны, rpmnew 
сделал базовым - не помогло...
Видно не туда копал.
noexec на cd не стоит...
чтой-то за последние 2 дня с моими /dev/head 
и /dev/hand странные вещи происходят...
