Не все; еще одна строчка не помешает:
alias sound-slot-0 au88xx
(вместо xx поставьте Ваш чипсет).
Все остальное про sound, на что modprobe ругается, можно alias'ить в off,
например:
alias sound-slot-1 off
alias sound-service-1-0 off
