Дело не в этом, rpm-3.0.6-ipl18mdk из беты таг BuildRoot вообще
игнорирует, словно его нет и не было.
Проблема в пакете "NVidia-kernel-....src.rpm", точнее говоря, в
spec-файле, который написан глубоко неправильно. Я, правда, его не видел,
но могу это утверждать, ибо единственный способ получить жалобу от
brp-mandrake на тему "non-/ $RPM_BUILD_ROOT expected" - это сделать
"unset RPM_BUILD_ROOT" в секции %install (или другую подобную гадость с
переменной среды RPM_BUILD_ROOT).
