WINS сервер в настройках Samba указан корректно?
Сеть вообще на TCP/IP?
Linux-станция авторизована в домене?
Название домена указано корректно?
На Linux-станции какие-нибудь ресурсы предоставляются?
smbclient -L <linux-station> что говорит?
