Это так. Не зря в хр-ках винчестеров пишут среднее кол-
во циклов старт/стоп. Не такое уж и большое, кстати.
Жесткие диски, изготовляемые для нотбуков
конструктивно приспособлены к подобным безобразиям...
Обычные desktop-ные и серверные - не очень.
