Да, на уровне. Но для того, что бы система смогла
общаться с пользователем на другом языке надо покупать
ещё один экземпляр системы :(
В Linux же дело обстоит несколько веселее - захожу под
франкоязычным профилем - у меня всё по французёвому,
сразу вижу, как всё в комплексе выглядит.
