В англоязычных списках рассылки Mailman работает правильно: если находит
эту подстроку, не добавляет ее. С нашими MIME-кодированными заголовками
поиск без предварительной перекодировки во что-нибудь ASCII-based не
срабатывает. В и18ции же Mailman, равно как и других MLM, еще конь не
валялся.
