Скорее всего добавление заклинания noauth
в /etc/ppp/options поможет отцу Российской демократии.

Да пробовал... не помогало. Я ж говорю, рядом стоит RedHat 6.2 - точно такие
же настройки - все соединяется, а вот под MDK7.0 - нет. Потихоньку изменял
настройки, вставляя и noauth в т.ч.
Но все же, что ему нужно от char-major-108 ?
